What is the Flora and Fauna like?
Bangladesh has three major forests. These forests include The Chittagong Hill Forest, The Mangrove Forest (the Sundarbans), and The Madhupar Jungle. Most of the Sundarbans contains animals such as The Barking Deer, The Chital Deer, Apes and Monkeys, Tigers, Elephants, Leopards, Rhinoceroses, and The Royal Bengal Tiger. The Royal Bengal Tiger is the National animal of Bangladesh. Birds in Bangladesh include Woodpeckers, Kingfishers, Shaliks, and Doels. The main Flora in Bangladesh is Bamboo.
